Arrival and departure are autonomous. You will receive an access code to enter the premises and access your post-production room. If you wish to be assisted by a technician before, during or after your booking, we can provide this service on request with a personalized quote.

We accept payment by credit card and cash (up to €1000). Payment is required to confirm the reservation. We do not accept payment via PayPal.

Yes, our premises are under video surveillance for security reasons. Images are kept for 30 days. If you prefer to disable surveillance during your session, please let us know when you make your reservation.

We have a unique reception and relaxation area, where you'll also find an open-access café-tea area. Drinks and snacks are available here, but smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted in the post-production rooms.

You can save your files on your own hard disk, or use our secure server transfer service. We also offer a shared Dropbox folder for easy online access to your files.

You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without incurring any charges. After this time, cancellation fees may apply. See our General Terms and Conditions for more details.
